"It’s a really good cooler and works nicely..."
It’s a really good cooler and works nicely, but it’s definitely bigger than I expected. It takes up quite a bit more space than I had in mind, so just keep that in mind before buying.

"My order got here quickly..."
My order got here quickly, and the box was in really good shape, which is always what you want, right? No dents, no smashed corners, and everything inside was wrapped well and looked clean. It’s nice when a package actually arrives the way it’s supposed to. No complaints here.

"They took care of it quickly"
I had some kind of issue with the lid on my cooler, don’t remember all the details now, but I reached out and they got back to me fast. They just sent a replacement and didn’t turn it into a big back-and-forth, which I appreciated

"Ice lasted longer than I thought it would"
I brought my RTIC cooler on a weekend camping trip and still had ice in it by day 3, which surprised me. It was nice not having to keep running out for more bags of ice. Impressed overall, if that makes sense.

"Nice colors, simple look"
I’m happy with the colors RTIC offers. I wasn’t totally sure at first if they’d look as good in person, but the one I picked ended up matching my stuff really well. The design is clean and simple without being too flashy, which I like. Overall, I think I made a good choice.

"Customer service took a while"
I do like the products, but dealing with customer service was kind of frustrating. I emailed about an issue with my order and it took a few days to hear back. When they did reply, something about it just didn’t really answer what I needed, so I had to follow up again for basic info. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I expected faster help from a company this size.

"Surprisingly solid little tank"
I’ve been using my RTIC cooler for a few months now, it’s built better than I expected. The latches feel sturdy, the lid seals up tight, and despite not looking particularly fancy, nothing about it feels cheap or flimsy.
It’s been tossed in and out of the truck plenty of times and somehow still looks almost new. I didn’t exactly buy it expecting to be impressed, but it’s held up really well so far, so I can’t really complain...

"Tough little cooler so far"
I’ve had this cooler bounce out of my truck twice now, and somehow it’s still working like nothing happened. I’m not saying I’d recommend treating it that rough, but for how I use it, it’s been a solid buy.

"Pretty good value"
I picked up a cooler and a couple of bottles from RTIC, and I’m happy with them overall. They’re not super fancy or anything, and the shipping took a little longer than I expected, but everything works well and feels solid. For the price, I think it’s a good deal.

"Stuff I wanted was out of stock"
So... I do like RTIC products, but shopping on the site this time was kind of frustrating. A few of the coolers and colors I wanted were out of stock, and I couldn’t really find any info on when they’d be available again. I checked back a couple times and nothing changed, so I ended up just buying something else. The products are good, I just wish they had more stuff in stock.

I was impressed. I filled it up with ice and a drink, and when I checked the next day, there was STILL ice in there. Works way better than I expected

"Checkout took way too long"
Checkout was frustrating. It felt like I waited around 10 minutes or so just for the order to confirm, which is way longer than I expected. Not a great experience.

"I accidentally ordered the wrong size cooler and..."
I accidentally ordered the wrong size cooler and felt a little stressed about dealing with an exchange. But RTIC made the whole thing way easier than I expected. The return label was simple to get, and the replacement showed up surprisingly fast. I was really relieved and happy with how smooth everything went.

"Too heavy, and I wasn’t sure what to do next"
I really wanted to like this cooler, but it’s just way too heavy for me. Once it’s filled up, trying to move it around is such a hassle. I also felt a little stuck because it wasn’t super clear what the next steps were if I wanted to return it or get help with it. Definitely not ideal if you need something that’s easy to carry around.
